Cross Hotel Kyoto (located in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto; General Manager: Yoshihiro Hanmyo) has partnered with JR West Marnix Co., Ltd. (located in Yodogawa-ku, Osaka; President: Kei Fukushima) to launch the "Hands-Free Sightseeing Plan" on April 30. This plan includes one-way luggage delivery from Kyoto Station to the hotel.

Kyoto City, where Cross Hotel Kyoto is located, faces several tourism-related challenges. Issues such as crowded city buses and noise caused by travelers with large luggage have impacted the daily lives of local residents.
In response, this plan was developed to utilize the luggage delivery service operated by "Crosta Kyoto" to alleviate congestion and improve guest convenience. The initiative was finalized after discussions with the Kyoto Tourism MICE Promotion Office, which promotes hands-free travel.
With the "Hands-Free Sightseeing Plan," travelers can drop off their luggage at Kyoto Station and head straight to sightseeing. By eliminating the need to stop by the hotel first, we propose a new style of travel that maximizes limited stay time.
