The Kyoto City Tourism Association and Kyoto City are working together with related organizations to promote sustainable tourism in Kyoto that is in harmony with the lives of its residents. During the autumn tourism season, when many tourists are expected to visit, we will operate a dedicated bus (HANDS FREE BUS) that circulates from Kyoto Station to accommodations and other facilities in the city, particularly targeting tourists carrying large luggage.

Operation period: Every day, from October 1, 2024 (Tue.) - December 27, 2024 (Fri.)
Operating hours: 8:45 - 17:30 (8 round trips per day)
Bus stops:
1) Kyoto Station Karasuma Exit (Okoshi Bus stop)
2) Kyoto Tokyu Hotel (Horikawa Gojo)
3) Shijo Horikawa (City bus stop, Stop D)
4) ANA Crowne Plaza Kyoto (Nijo-jomae)
5) Karasuma Oike (City bus stop, Stop B)
6) Shijo Karasuma (Sky Hop Bus Kyoto bus stop)
Capacity: Approx. 45 persons (may be used by anyone)
Luggage: Approx. 45 pieces (Assuming 50L suitcases)
Fare: General fare, Adult (junior high school age and above) 500 yen, Child 250 yen
Round-trip ticket (2 rides) Adult (junior high school age and above) 800 yen, Child 400 yen
* Round-trip tickets are sold on the bus for cash only.
