The location of JAL ABC counter in Kansai International Airport arrival lobby terminal 1.

■Directions

You can make reservations before your trip or apply at "JAL ABC counter" in the Airport.

①After arriving the airport, please come to JAL ABC counter located in arrival lobby.
If you do not apply for the service beforehand, you can apply at the counter by scanning the 2D barcode.
②After completing the application, issue a baggage sticker from the issuing machine next to the poster, attach it to your suitcase, and then check it at the "JAL ABC counter."
